In her free time she enjoys ATV riding, reading, shopping and spending time with her niece and nephews. She truly enjoys being there for others and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Carol
Insurance Coordinator
Carol joined our team in May 2024. She entered the dental field in 1999 as a Medical Transcriptionist and happened to find her first job in that role in a large dental practice. From there she took on more responsibility as she learned about insurance, treatment planning, and taking good care of patients in all aspects. With her broad background, along with the skills and knowledge for keeping a dental office running smoothly, Carol makes a positive impact for our patients as well as for our team. In her role as Insurance Coordinator, Carol is very excited to always learn more about the clinical side of dental care.
Having an understanding of the “why’s” and “how’s” of dentistry helps her in helping patients have a good knowledge of not just their choices for treatment, but calming any fears or anxiety. She supports patients by finding answers for any and all questions so that every dental care experience in our office is the best possible in meeting each person’s expectations. Carol’s first joy in life is her family – she and her husband have four daughters and two grandchildren!
